Position Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our U.S.-based customers from our Mexico operations.
This position is responsible for processing customer orders, providing order status updates, coordinating inventory information, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
- Provide order tracking, shipping updates, and delivery status information.
- Prepare quotations and communicate product availability.
- Coordinate inventory information between U.S. and Mexico operations.
- Maintain customer databases and related documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Support internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service,
- order management,
- logistics,
- supply chain, or related areas.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid passport and U.S. visa required.
- Availability for occasional travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S.-based customers.
- Manufacturing, electronics, or industrial industry experience preferred.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
