Call Center Dental Scheduler handling scheduling for Dental Implants for a group in California and Nevada.
This is a Work From Home position
Must have good English and be able to build relationships on the phone with patients in English and Spanish.
You will be handling inbound and outbound calls from patients who make online inquiries.
Total working hours are 45 hours per week. Schedules are for 5 days and 9 hour shifts. With shifts starting as early as 7am and some shifts ending as late as 7pm. You will also work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
