About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, highly organized, and resourceful Personal Assistant to work directly with a CEO in Mexico City.
This is a hands-on role combining personal assistance, executive support, scheduling, research, travel coordination, errands, and day-to-day problem solving.
You do not need years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
We care much more about finding someone who communicates extremely well, learns quickly, has great judgment, and knows how to take a request and run with it.
If you're the person friends, coworkers, or managers rely on when something needs to get organized, researched, booked, fixed, or figured out, you'll probably do well in this role.
What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and personal commitments
- Coordinate travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, reservations, and itineraries
- Make restaurant reservations and schedule personal and professional appointments
- Research products, services, vendors, travel options, and other requests
- Contact vendors and service providers by phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Coordinate purchases, deliveries, repairs, appointments, and services
- Handle occasional errands and in-person tasks around Mexico City
- Organize important information, documents, confirmations, and receipts
- Track open tasks and follow up until they're completed
- Help manage changing priorities and last-minute requests
- Anticipate what needs to happen next and take action without waiting to be reminded

- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, calendars, and similar tools
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Available for a hybrid work arrangement and occasional in-person tasks around Mexico City
- Experience in administration, communications, hospitality, customer service, office management, operations, recruiting/HR, or executive support is a plus.
