Details of the role:
Senior Sitecore Frontend Developer, Your primary goal involves building enterprise digital experiences at the intersection of Next.js and Sitecore XM Cloud (XMC). You will lead the design and optimization of high-performing websites using headless architecture.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Sitecore XMC solutions using Next.js and Sitecore JavaScript Services (JSS).
- Architect frontend components using GraphQL and Sitecore Experience Edge.
- Implement rendering strategies including Static Site Generation (SSG), Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and Client-Side Rendering (CSR).
- Deploy and manage applications on Vercel, including preview deployments and edge configurations.
- Oversee code quality through TypeScript enforcement and rigorous code reviews.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and modern Git workflows to ensure efficient delivery.
- Configure security models using roles and permissions within the XMC ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align technical builds with business objectives.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Sitecore XM Cloud and headless implementations.
- Production-grade expertise in Next.js and TypeScript.
- Proven history of developing components with GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Vercel deployment management and environment configuration.
- Deep understanding of Sitecore XMC CMS architecture and Content/Asset Lifecycle Management.
- Background in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and microservices architecture.
- 6+ years of professional development experience, with 4+ years in senior roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
