SupportZebra is urgently hiring Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to assist a U.S.-based company specializing in LLC formation and renewal services. As a Support Representative, you will provide high-quality service via phone, chat, or email to help business owners manage their company formation, renew their subscriptions and licenses, and resolve billing or account-related inquiries.
This is a work-from-home opportunity with a stable daytime schedule. Upselling and retention may be required when assisting customers with renewals or additional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email
- Assist with LLC formation and renewal processes, including subscription and license renewals
- Address billing inquiries, password resets, and account updates
- Offer additional services and products where applicable (upselling & retention)
- Provide accurate and professional customer support in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (C1+) – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer support, sales, or retention roles (preferred)
- Ability to handle billing, account updates, and subscription renewals
- Comfortable upselling and offering retention solutions when needed
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and processes
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
