About the Role
We're seeking a Remote Residential Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of 100–125 residential rental properties (single-family homes, townhomes, and condos). This is a customer service-focused role where you'll be the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage a residential property portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance and work orders
- Communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors
- Handle lease renewals, move-outs, and security deposits
- Monitor delinquency and property compliance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic residential maintenance knowledge
- Microsoft Outlook & Excel proficiency
- Experience with AppFolio or similar software is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
