We have three offices located in Monterrey, Querétaro, and Puebla, and we are currently looking for the right person who possesses the motivation, commitment, and skills necessary to make the most of this opportunity and become part of our team.
We currently have a vacancy for an Internal Sales Representative Jr, which requires full-time availability at our Querétaro office. The position will provide support to two of the international companies we represent, focused on the automotive and aerospace industries.
The main responsibilities involve administration of the commercial process through the company’s CRM platform, handling customer RFQs and quotation requests, as well as generating reports that facilitate the management of new business opportunities. The position requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field, along with an interest in developing skills in commercial administration, customer service, and data analysis. Advanced English proficiency is an essential requirement.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manage commercial processes related to the represented companies and their customers, including follow-up and administration of RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and shipments.
- Gather and filter the required information to process RFQs and prepare quotations.
- Enter data and manage sales information within the company’s CRM platform, using it as a strategic tool to identify new business opportunities and generate sales forecasts.
- Coordinate and facilitate sample deliveries from manufacturing plants to customers.
- Generate and update reports while performing data analysis.
- Provide support to external sales teams in commercial processes to streamline and optimize operations.
- Coordinate travel logistics and expense management for the commercial department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High level of integrity and responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in positions related to commercial administration (preferably within manufacturing industries or the automotive sector). Internships are considered.
- Having lived continuously in Querétaro for at least the past 4 years.
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency (fluent verbal and written communication).
- Full-time availability (on-site position).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Customer service experience and strong interest in customer interaction.
- Excellent assertive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and data processing skills.
- Competencies: Self-management, proactivity, organization, teamwork, analytical thinking, sense of urgency, and service-oriented attitude.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge and experience using CRM platforms.
