Main activities:
- First contact with the customer by email and phone call.
- Lead generation requesting basic information from potential clients to provide a free quote.
- Assistance on the accounts that are in sales process.
- Customer service support.
- Close sales.

Requirements
- Responsible.
- Experience in cold callings, sale of services, customer service at least one year.
- Experience on incoming and outgoing calls.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office.
- 85% written and spoken English. (We will do a language test)
- High School Diploma or University Degree.
- Excellent Presentation.
- Good Attitude, genuine desire to work.
- Ages 23 - 45.
