We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer II (L2) to join a growing enterprise security team. In this role, you will help protect enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and end users while supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into a modern cybersecurity environment.

Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT Security Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Active Directory
- Endpoint security and device management tools
- Vulnerability management
- Experience supporting complex or distributed enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance security best practices with business needs.
- Conversational English.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage security controls across identity, endpoint, and cloud environments.
- Administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) using Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Support endpoint security and device management solutions, including Intune or similar technologies.
- Participate in daily security operations, alert investigation, and incident response.
- Improve detection and response capabilities using EDR/XDR and SIEM solutions.
- Identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities across infrastructure and applications.
- Support the security integration of newly acquired organizations, including identity consolidation, endpoint onboarding, and security baseline implementation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to deliver secure-by-design solutions.
- Assist with compliance initiatives, audit readiness, and implementation of security controls aligned with industry standards.
- Contribute to automation and standardization of security processes to improve operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of EDR/XDR and SIEM platforms.
- Experience supporting SaaS or cloud security initiatives.
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in insurance or highly regulated industries is a plus.
