Account Manager - Freight Broker (Uncapped Commission | U.S. Logistics)

We are a U.S.-based 3PL rapidly expanding our operations in Mérida. This team operates as a direct extension of our U.S. brokerage, managing freight across North America and global markets, including truckload, cross-border (U.S.–Mexico), ocean freight, and air freight.

You will work with both U.S.-based and Mexico-based customers, giving you exposure to international logistics and a diverse book of business from day one.
Day to Day
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with U.S. and international customers
- Manage shipments across multiple modes: truckload, cross-border, ocean, and air
- Negotiate carrier and customer rates to maximize profitability and margins
- Own the full shipment lifecycle from pricing to execution
- Track pipeline, activity, revenue, and margin performance
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English (C1+) non-negotiable
- Sales experience (logistics, brokerage, or high-volume sales preferred)
- Someone highly competitive and driven by commissions and results
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection daily
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Base salary: $15,000-$30,000 MXN/month (gross) + commissions
- Full legal benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Aguinaldo, etc.)
Uncapped commission - paid monthly based on profit
