In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive HR excellence across the employee lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, ArcelorMittal International , you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful people solutions that support business growth and employee engagement.
What You'll Do
As a trusted HR partner, you will:
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent.
- Ensure accurate recruitment reporting and data management within HR systems.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Create an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
- Support employees in understanding HR processes, policies, and mandatory training requirements.
- Help foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Performance & Talent Management
- Drive the annual performance management cycle and support meaningful development conversations.
- Coach managers and employees on performance, career growth, and development opportunities.
- Identify and support high-potential talent and succession planning initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Assess organizational and individual development needs.
- Recommend and implement learning solutions that strengthen capabilities and leadership skills.
- Support the creation and follow-up of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Analyze engagement survey results and support action plans that enhance the employee experience.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
HR Operations, Reporting & Projects
- Maintain HR data integrity and ensure compliance with global HR standards.
- Prepare monthly workforce reporting and monitor key HR metrics, including training and development indicators.
- Participate in and lead HR projects that support business transformation and organizational effectiveness.
What We're Looking For Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience within an international or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in:

Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate people strategies into results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively across cultures and international teams.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
