We are seeking Junior Operations Executives to join our international logistics team, providing support in freight forwarding operations across air and ocean modes.
This role focuses on shipment coordination, document management, and communication with international teams, primarily in the United States and Canada.

Support the execution of import and export operations (air and ocean)

Prepare, review, and maintain shipment documentation

Update operational systems and track shipments

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

Provide shipment status updates to clients and stakeholders

Identify and escalate operational issues

Ensure compliance with operational processes and guidelines

Bachelors degree (completed or in progress) in International Business, Trade, Logistics, or a related field

6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or related areas

Advanced English proficiency (daily interaction with international teams)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Strong organizational skills, follow-up, and attention to detail

Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments under pressure
Monthly Salary: $13,700 $17,000 MXN (gross)
