- English C1 ; advanced English level required
- Experience communicating with U.S. customers
- Customer Service, Interpretation, Translation, BPO, Travel or international experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence influencing customer decisions

Training: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Operations schedules:
- 5:30 AM–1:30 PM
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Choose the 5:30 AM shift and receive 20% EXTRA on your commissions.
