This position is remote in Mexico
Compensation:
$14,560 - $20,800 (+ Commission on closed deals)
Responsibilities:-
Answer inbound calls for customers calling to receive cash or novation offers

Identify high-equity, distressed, and opportunity-rich properties and qualify them to understand their motivation, timeline, and needs

Master objection handling and confidently guide sellers toward the next steps

Consistently fill the calendar with qualified appointments that convert into contracts

Move leads through the pipeline with urgency and precision

Maintain detailed CRM notes so every conversation builds momentum

Execute multi-touch follow-up (calls, texts, emails) until a clear yes or no is achieved

Track daily KPIs (calls, conversations, appointments set, contracts influenced)
Qualifications:-
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
