What You'll Do
As an Outbound BDR, you're the first voice prospects hear. You'll be calling U.S. property managers, creating interest in our software, and booking demos with decision-makers. Specifically:

Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based property managers (cold and warm outreach)

Qualify prospects, and book online demos for our Account Executive team

Manage all outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM

Hit weekly activity targets and monthly demo-booked quotas (shared at interview).
What Success Looks Like
Most reps are fully ramped within 60 days. Top performers consistently hit and exceed quota — and have a clear path to grow within the company. We promote from within.
What We're Looking For

At least 6 months of outbound sales experience (B2B preferred; strong B2C or inbound candidates welcome)

Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be on the phone with U.S. clients daily

Comfortable working independently and hitting targets in a metrics-driven environment

HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus, not a requirement
Compensation & Benefits

Average monthly total compensation: $2,500 USD (base + uncapped commission + accelerators)
