We are looking for a Communications Specialist to become part of our team.
You will act as a trusted communications advisor to Senior Business Leaders, converting business priorities into communication strategies that foster alignment, drive organizational change, and deliver business outcomes.
Responsibilities

Use strong business acumen to rapidly grasp organizational priorities and bring communications in line with them

Act as a trusted advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders on all communication-related matters

Drive strategic communications planning and offer consulting support to internal leaders

Craft and deliver change management and transformation communications that back organizational shifts

Show executive presence and shape outcomes within complex matrix organizations

Build and adapt communications strategies in response to evolving business needs

Apply AI to reinforce communications strategies, elevate productivity, and speed up adoption of new practices

Keep an outcomes-oriented mindset centered on continuous improvement across every communication activity

Transition smoothly between strategic advisory work and hands-on delivery, producing communications, supporting key initiatives, and generating high-quality outputs
Requirements
-
No less than 5 years of relevant professional work experience

At least 2 years in Lead, Manager, or Coordinator positions

Minimum of 1 year leading a team of at least 20 employees

Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly grasp organizational priorities

Demonstrated experience advising VP and C-level stakeholders

Solid background in strategic communications planning and consulting

Applied experience with change management and transformation communications

Executive presence together with the ability to influence within complex matrix organizations

Capability to design and evolve communications strategies in line with business needs

AI fluency, with the capacity to leverage AI to enhance communications strategies, improve productivity, and accelerate adoption

Outcomes-oriented mindset combined with a continuous improvement approach

Hands-on execution mindset, with the ability to shift smoothly between strategic advisory and delivery, creating communications, supporting key initiatives, and producing high-quality outputs

Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills at an Advanced level (C1 or higher)
