Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and efficiency. - Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation. -Perform time studies, line balancing, and labor analysis. - Identify opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization using Lean Manufacturing tools. - Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. - Monitor production KPIs and develop action plans to improve operational performance. - Participate in plant layout design and workflow optimization projects. - Support capacity planning and production scheduling activities. - Coordinate process improvement projects with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational issues. - - Support implementation of new equipment, production lines, and manufacturing technologies. - Develop reports, presentations, and operational performance analyses. - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. - Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field. - Experience2–5 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing industry preferred. - Experience in process improvement, manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering functions. - Experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing is a plus - Advanced english
