1) Carry out inspections of the process, product and/or components according to the control plan.
2) Prepare, maintain and safeguard inspection records.
3) Prepare, maintain and update reference samples (quality criteria and/or master parts).
4) Train personnel (operational and supervisory) in the documentation of quality criteria and/or master part.
5) Perform process audits according to internal checklists, safeguard the record and follow up on the deviations detected and ensure their closure.
6) Actively participate in the execution of line QRAPs and area GPQs (when required).
7) Validate and report inconsistencies in the technical documentation: Control Plan, Work Instructions, Formats and follow up on the closure of the deviations detected.
8) Validate and ensure that personnel identify and know the special and critical characteristics of the product or process defined in the control plan.
9) Validate and execute customer-specific requirements: VDA 6.5, Validation of poka-yokes, line release records, process release samples, etc.
10) Responsible for executing containment activities for internal and/or external complaints (quality alert, material inspection, identification and breaking point), issue an immediate response to the Quality Engineer processes.
