As a Campaign & Content Operations Specialist , you will support the execution and delivery of client campaigns by owning the operational foundations of accounts — including onboarding setup, documentation hygiene, weekly updates, and campaign scheduling logistics.
This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role — you will be directly involved in the day-to-day management of campaigns, rather than operating at a purely strategic or managerial level.
You will work closely with a Senior Campaign Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with the content team and internal operators to ensure campaigns ship on time, remain aligned to strategy, and stay organized in internal systems.
You will also be expected to contribute to content-driven initiatives, including supporting content creation, blog publishing, SEO-related tasks, and social media execution (e.g., TikTok), ensuring campaigns are both operationally sound and content-aligned.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within Campaign Management or Customer Success in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver weekly client updates (primarily async), ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
- Track action items, risks, blockers, and escalate when necessary.
- Attend client calls when required, contributing execution visibility and context.
- Maintain clear and proactive client communication, demonstrating strong client-facing skills and the ability to translate campaign progress, content initiatives, and performance into simple, actionable updates.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely delivery aligned with strategy.
- Schedule content and manage campaign logistics.
- Ensure campaigns remain aligned with intended outcomes and execution standards.
- Ensure all contract deliverables are met.
- Actively support content creation efforts, including blog coordination, publishing workflows, and ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- Assist in executing and scheduling social media content (including platforms like TikTok), ensuring consistency with campaign goals and timelines.
- New accounts are set up cleanly and consistently.
- Weekly client updates are timely, structured, and reflect real progress.
- Campaign scheduling runs smoothly with minimal delivery misses.
- Internal documentation is always current and clear.
- Problems are escalated early.
- Contract deliverables are consistently achieved on time.
- Content (blogs, SEO-driven initiatives, and social media like TikTok) is delivered consistently and aligned with campaign strategy.
