Our client is looking to add a Human Resources professional with a strong operational focus to support key processes across the employee lifecycle and contribute to internal initiatives. This role plays an active part in the day-to-day HR operation, ensuring consistency in processes and quality employee support.
Responsibilities
- Labor Relations Management and respond to employee inquiries, ensuring timely and policy-aligned guidance.
- Coordinate onboarding processes (administrative and operational setup).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within internal systems.
- Monitor employee-related indicators such as engagement, turnover, and general experience to identify improvement areas.
- Offboarding management.
- Support the implementation of people management practices.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in HR generalist roles or personnel administration.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations.
