We are looking for a Record to Report Specialist (Noram) to manage accounting processes within a Shared Services (FSSC) model, ensuring the quality of financial information, compliance with regulations, and the proper execution of month-end close and reporting. This role involves direct interaction with stakeholders in the United States, requiring a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.

Manage journal entries and execute month-end close processes.

Prepare, analyze, and report financial information.

Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet validations.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS / US GAAP).

Collaborate with international stakeholders and support process improvement initiatives.
What we need to see from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Experience with journal entries and month-end close processes.

Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP, or similar).

Experience in Shared Service Centers (FSSC) supporting North American operations (preferred).

Advanced English level (required for stakeholder interaction).
