About the Position
A leading international company within the logistics and e-commerce industry is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support and oversee daily fulfillment warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
We are looking for a hands-on operational leader with experience in fulfillment, e-commerce, logistics, or distribution center operations, capable of leading teams, driving productivity, and ensuring operational compliance across multiple warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and floor activities.
- Lead operational teams to ensure productivity and service levels are achieved.
- Monitor fulfillment processes including:
- Receiving
- Putaway
- Picking
- Packing
- Sorting
- Shipping
- Returns
- Ensure compliance with operational KPIs and SOPs.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and operational discipline.
- Support training and onboarding of operational staff.
- Escalate operational issues and provide real-time solutions.
- Coordinate with inventory, quality, planning, and operations teams.
- Maintain operational reports and shift updates.
- Ensure safety and operational standards are followed.
RequirementsMandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Supervisor in:
- Fulfillment
- E-commerce
- 3PL
- Distribution Centers
- Retail logistics
- Experience managing operational teams.
- Knowledge of warehouse operational processes.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Availability to work flexible schedules and shifts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- WMS experience.
- Experience in e-commerce operations.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Experience during peak season operations.
