Job Description
Responsible for efficiently scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, as well as processing and accepting customer loads in accordance with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check e-mails and daily messages for trip cancelations and/or additional trips for load’s schedules.
- Responsible for efficiently schedule the pickup and delivery of clients, making scheduling adjustments for carriers and or drivers when necessary.
- Confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
- Organize workflow and appointments by collecting load, carrier and customer information, and managing assignments.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Review, validate, accept, and process customer loads for established accounts, ensuring all shipment information is accurate and entered into the system in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of proving experience as a customer service agent.
- English level – Advance (fluent)
- Attention to Detail: Must have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Experience with scheduling or freight management software is a plus.
