About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detailed Logistics Advocate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key extension of our clients' teams, managing critical operational workflows and ensuring seamless supply chain continuity. Monthly Salary: $25,000 MXN - $30,000 MXN
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Workflow Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client operations, ensuring consistent visibility, timely tracking, and strict adherence to service standards.
- Exception Management & Problem Resolution: Proactively identify process deviations and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and resolve service disruptions.
- Data Integrity & Documentation: Maintain accurate records within client-specific systems (TMS/CRM), ensuring all administrative and technical documentation is verified, organized, and compliant.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a professional point of contact for our clients' partners, vendors, and end-customers, providing clear, efficient, and timely communication across various channels.
- Specialized Administrative Support: Manage complex inquiries regarding documentation, billing discrepancies, and operational claims by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure swift resolution.
- Performance Reporting: Contribute to the generation of operational dashboards and performance metrics, providing the insights necessary for our clients to drive process optimization.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain operations, customer support, or administrative management.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively. English fluency is required; bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred. English B2 or higher.
Solution-Oriented Mindset: A results-driven approach with the ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Adaptability: A high degree of flexibility to quickly learn and adopt the tools, software, and specific workflows of different clients.
