We're Hiring! Case Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish): ⚖
Are you an organized and client-focused professional with experience managing legal or case management processes? We're looking for a Case Manager to support case progression, client communication, and legal operations from intake through resolution.
Location: (ON SITE)
Colombia - Mexico (Only Merida and Chihuahua)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage case intake, investigations, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate medical records, treatment updates, and billing records
- Maintain accurate case notes, timelines, and case management records
- Prepare demand packages and support settlement negotiations
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance throughout the case lifecycle
- Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other stakeholders
- Support litigation processes, including discovery, hearings, mediations, and court-related activities
- Assist with settlement processing, lien resolution, and case closure procedures
Requirements:
✔1+ year of Case Management experience (Personal Injury experience is a plus)
✔ Experience managing multiple cases simultaneously
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✔ Experience with Case Management Software (Neos, Litify, Filevine, Clio, or similar)
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong attention to detail and client service skills
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish
