White Glove Roofing, a growing American roofing company based out of Tennessee, is currently looking for a professional and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team immediately!
At White Glove Roofing, we pride ourselves on providing homeowners with high-quality roofing services and exceptional customer care. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and confident on the phone to help us continue growing our business and serving our customers with excellence.
This is a full-time position working as an independent contractor. We are seeking someone who is reliable, organized, and ready to become a long-term part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners and potential customers
- Set qualified roofing inspection appointments for our sales team
- Follow scripts while also being able to communicate naturally and professionally
- Confirm appointments and follow up with leads
- Accurately enter customer information into the system
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional phone presence at all times
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
- Work closely with management and team members to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
Requirements:
- Must speak and understand excellent English
- Must have a professional and confident phone voice
- Minimum 3 years of appointment setting or telemarketing experience
- Roofing experience is a PLUS
- Must have your own quiet workspace free from background noise
- Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop required
- Must be available Monday through Saturday
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ready to start ASAP
