We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to drive the full analytics lifecycle and empower the organization to make data-driven decisions at scale. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, build robust reporting systems, and solve complex strategic problems through rigorous data analysis.
Responsibilities

Lead the full analytics lifecycle: requirement gathering, data collection, data modeling, visualization, analysis, and actionable insights

Identify issues, form hypotheses, and run deep-dive analyses to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations for internal partners

Enable the organization to stay highly data-driven as it scales by delivering ad hoc analyses, conducting research, and building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs, including defining critical success metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights that support business strategy

Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems into clear analytical approaches

Monitor key performance metrics and determine root causes of metric changes
Requirements

5+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Analysis

Proficiency in data collection, data modeling, and visualization

Hands-on experience performing ad hoc analyses and carrying out research

Demonstrated ability to build reports and KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring

Strong capability to define critical success metrics and KPIs

Proven track record of structuring complex and ambiguous strategic problems

Solid understanding of root causes behind shifts in key performance metrics

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
