Data Entry Specialist
We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to accurately process, organize, and maintain patient records and related documentation within internal systems.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong data management skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while ensuring data accuracy and compliance standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Digitize and accurately enter patient records and documents into internal systems.
- Manually extract and input data from scanned documents into Google Sheets templates.
- Import, organize, and maintain CSV files with proper formatting and column alignment.
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing entries against original source documents.
- Identify, investigate, and correct data entry errors while maintaining data integrity.
- Organize and categorize documents for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within company systems.
- Follow confidentiality, security, and compliance procedures when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data workflows.
- Support document management and records retrieval processes as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in data entry, document processing, or administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Experience working with CSV files and data imports.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
