Pay: $7.00–$10.00 USD per hour
Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our team with basic accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone with QuickBooks experience who enjoys staying organized and ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately.
- Enter vendor bills accurately in QuickBooks
- Create and send customer invoices
- Send friendly payment reminders and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Advanced English - C1 level or higher (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or invoicing experience preferred
