Ensured the timely supply of raw materials to meet production schedules and customer requirements while monitoring compliance with quality procedures. Maintained adherence to QMS and Environmental Management System requirements, supporting operational efficiency, product quality, and environmental standards.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and delivery commitments.
- Monitor the progress of manufacturing orders and proactively address potential delays.
- Maintain accurate production data and order status within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
- Tracking and communication of production priorities and schedule changes.
- Generate reports and analyze key performance indicators related to production and delivery performance.
- Support capacity planning and workload balancing activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the same position
- intermediate English proficiency.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Effective coordination and follow-up with interplant operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory planning, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning in MTO Manufacturing Environments
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP planning systems.
- Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.
