Senior Functional Analyst in Trade Surveillance Operations
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Functional Analyst in Trade Surveillance Operations to join our team, reporting to the Team Manager, Trade Surveillance Services. In this role, you’ll help deliver exceptional client experiences by providing functional support, driving issue resolution, and helping clients maximize the value of Nasdaq’s Trade Surveillance solutions.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for client functional support inquiries and incident management activities.

Partner with global cross-functional teams to investigate issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely client communication.

Deliver product training and knowledge-sharing sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.

Create, maintain, and improve user documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.

Gather, analyze, and communicate client feedback and enhancement requests to support product improvements.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in client support, business analysis, financial technology, market operations, or a related field.

Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience working with ticketing or case management systems.
Nice to Have
-
Knowledge of financial markets, trading workflows, or market surveillance processes.

Experience in a client-facing role within fintech, capital markets, or a regulated industry.

Confidence presenting to clients, facilitating training sessions, and representing the organization in meetings.
This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
