One person. The entire marketing stack. Top to bottom.
We are a fast-moving venture studio. We ship products, not decks. We are looking for one marketer who can own the full funnel alone and move at the speed of AI.
This is not a role for a specialist who does one thing and hands off the rest. This is for the rare person who writes the email, writes the ad, writes and builds the landing page, cuts the video, and understands why all of it connects. If you need three other people to launch a campaign, this is not for you.
What you will own
You run the whole thing. That means:
- Email copywriting. Sequences, broadcasts, cold and warm. You know how to write a subject line that gets opened and a body that converts.
- Ad copywriting. Meta, Google, TikTok, wherever the audience is. Hooks, angles, testing.
- Landing page copywriting. Long-form, short-form, whatever the offer needs.
- Building the landing page. Not just writing it. Actually building it and shipping it live.
- AI video editing. You use AI tools to produce and edit video fast. Ads, organic, UGC-style. You do not wait on an editor.
You will own go-to-market end to end. You take a product and you figure out how to launch it, who it is for, and how to get in front of them. Then you execute.
Who you are
- You genuinely leverage AI in your daily work. Not as a buzzword. You use it to do the work of a full team.
- You are current on the latest tools and trends. You already know what shipped this month and you have tried it.
- You move fast. You ship, measure, and iterate without hand-holding.
- You think in go-to-market strategy, not just tasks. You understand positioning, offer, funnel, and channel.
- You are a builder, not just a writer. You are comfortable getting things live yourself.
- You write in clean, direct English. Native-level or close.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or direct-to-consumer.
- A track record of launching things solo or on a very small team.
- Familiarity with modern landing page and no-code build tools.
- Comfort with analytics and reading your own numbers.
How we work
- Fully remote. You work from anywhere in Latin America.
- Full-time contractor role.
- Strong overlap with US Mountain Time (Arizona) hours is expected.
- We are lean and we move quickly. You will have ownership and room to run.
