Responsibilities

Architect scalable backend services and core system components

Coordinate with team members to ensure high-quality software delivery

Conduct code reviews and coach the team on coding standards

Improve system performance and resolve technical problems quickly

Manage integrations with third-party APIs and external services

Maintain clear technical documentation for existing and new features

Promote best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

Drive continuous improvement of processes and team technical skills
Requirements

Substantial software development experience of at least 5 years in relevant roles

Team leadership exposure of 1 year managing and guiding development teams

Advanced proficiency in Python to build and maintain production applications

Experience with ReactJS for UI development and backend integration

Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deploy and manage cloud applications

Strong knowledge of database design, maintenance, and optimization techniques
-
Competence with Git to support version control and collaborative delivery
-
Practical experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
-
Understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment processes
-
Knowledge of software engineering security best practices

Experience implementing authentication and authorization for users

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

Excellent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate or higher), spoken and written
