Key Responsibilities
1. Take full charge of the overall daily operation of a large medical institution, including full-site operational management, workflow arrangement, daily supervision, and operational target delivery.
2. Manage and lead all institutional departments, including clinical team, nursing team, customer service, administration and logistics; unify department management standards and coordinate cross-department collaboration.
3. Conduct daily management, scheduling, assessment and standardized management for doctors, nurses and all medical staff, ensure stable medical service quality and standardized medical behavior.
4. Establish institutional operation SOP, optimize consultation, treatment, nursing and patient follow-up processes, improve overall service efficiency and patient satisfaction.
5. Control institutional operating costs, formulate operational budgets, monitor daily operating data, and continuously improve profitability and operational stability.
6. Manage daily operational problems, handle emergencies and operational risks, ensure full compliance with local medical regulations.
7. Build and manage the operation team, organize regular training and performance appraisal, improve team execution and professional service capability.
Job Requirements
1. Rich senior management experience in large formal medical institutions; familiar with the whole operational logic of the medical service industry.
2. Proven experience in overall institutional management and multi-department coordination, with mature practical experience managing doctor teams and nurse teams.
3. Familiar with medical institution daily operation, medical quality control, service process management and risk prevention.
4. Minimum 8 years medical operation management experience, including 3+ years director-level overall management experience in large medical organizations.
5. Strong overall planning ability, on-site management ability, problem-solving ability and team leadership.
6. Able to independently formulate institutional operation systems, management standards and team assessment mechanisms.
7. Proficient in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
8. Rigorous in work, strong responsibility, able to bear overall institutional operation pressure.
Sueldo: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 al mes
