Position Summary
Coordinate the activities for the execution of continuous improvement projects aligned with the objectives of the Division, using the application of Parker's Lean System tools, with the aim of impacting the metrics of Cost, Quality, Productivity and Safety in its various modalities described in the Win Scorecard
Responsibilities
More specifically but not limited to, you will:
Development of work plans in coordination with the owners of the Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing Value Chains.
Coordinate the execution of plans and provide support and training during the execution and monitoring phases.
Promote the use of Parker's Lean System tools and problem-solving methodology.
Coordinate the activities of external or internal advisors.
Align tool usage to the Parker Standard.
Achievement of quantifiable objectives in terms of units of Cost, Quality, Productivity and Safety according to monthly and annual plans.
Coordinate and / or facilitate improvement projects, Kaizen events together with the functional owners and teams associated with the event.
Qualifications
Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 4 years in similar position
Experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing industries is a must.
Six Sigma Green Belt (Desirable)
Proficiency in English
