YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of strong project management skills, preferably in IT
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related fields
- Knowledge of Agile processes
- JIRA experience is nice to have
- Understanding of order management and supply chain processes.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels, strong critical thinking, decision-making, and prioritization skills

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions that will improve digital customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in strategic thinking workshops advocating for customer pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical leads to facilitate issue resolution, scope negotiation, and strong collaboration on initiatives.
- Develop a strong understanding of the technologies and business areas you support and be able to serve as a proxy for business counterparts as needed.
- Support the eCommerce and Portal IT roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment on priorities and ability to articulate clear justification and business benefit for prioritized scope
- Oversee project execution; and support project activities as needed including requirements gathering, testing prep and execution, defect triage, and hypercare.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence for the digital customer experience IT portfolio.
- Support change management activities and executive stakeholder engagement
- Be the focal for SLP Customer Experience and ISC teams to co-collaborate on key issues affecting customer interactions and end-to-end automation.
