We are looking for a commercial and analytical professional with experience in transportation, grain trade, logistics execution, and customer relationship management to join our team as a Grain Merchant.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, solving operational challenges, negotiating freight, and identifying business opportunities within agricultural supply chains.
What You’ll Do

Analyze grain market trends, supply & demand, and logistics opportunities.

Manage daily truck trade execution and transportation strategy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers.

Negotiate freight rates and optimize transportation costs.

Coordinate logistics execution and solve day-to-day operational issues.

Support commercial growth through customer development and market intelligence.

Monitor positions, margins, and business performance.
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in cross-country truck trade, grain merchandising, logistics, transportation, or similar.

Experience negotiating freight and managing carrier relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Commercial mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of agricultural supply chains, commodity flows, or grain markets is a plus.

Experience in transportation, agribusiness, supply chain, or commodity trading preferred.

Advanced or conversational English preferred.

Valid visa and passport required.

What We Offer

Monthly base salary between $55,000 MXN and $70,000 MXN based on experience.
