Dispatcher / Customer Service & Sales Agent – Remote

We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Dispatcher / Customer Service & Sales Agent to join our remote team in Mexico.
Position Summary:
This role is a 50/50 customer service and sales position. The Dispatcher / Customer Service & Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting customers, coordinating technician schedules, confirming appointments, and actively helping convert leads into booked appointments.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly organized, comfortable making outbound calls, and has experience handling customer communication by phone, text, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, text, and email in a professional and courteous manner
- Contact residential and commercial customers to follow up on leads, estimates, appointments, and service requests
- Make outbound calls, send texts, and send emails to help schedule and close appointments
- Explain services, answer customer questions, and help customers move forward with booking
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on location and availability
- Confirm and follow up on appointments with customers
- Assist with rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute schedule changes
- Update job management systems, CRM tools, and spreadsheets with accurate notes and status changes
- Communicate with field technicians and management to ensure a smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service while also supporting sales goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, dispatching, or a related role
- Must speak and write fluent English
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle customer objections and professionally guide customers toward booking
- Comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Able to work flexible hours based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with a U.S.-based company
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead follow-up
- Familiarity with service-based industries such as HVAC, cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, or home services
- Experience communicating with both residential and commercial customers
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, confident on the phone, and able to balance customer service with sales follow-up. This person should be comfortable speaking with customers daily, helping them understand our services, and encouraging them to schedule appointments.
