Nations Lending is an independent mortgage bank and fintech company working to make home financing faster, simpler, and more transparent. We're growing our remote Inside Sales team with people who thrive on the phone.
What you'll do
- Call warm, pre-qualified leads through our auto-dialer CRM — people who already expressed interest in buying or refinancing a home
- Build quick rapport, qualify the prospect, and connect them live with a Loan Officer
- Book a confirmed appointment when a Loan Officer isn't available or the customer prefers another time
- Keep your CRM records accurate and current
- Hit a target of 20 warm transfers/appointments per week

- $1,200/month base pay
- $5 per warm transfer — or $5 per confirmed appointment when a live transfer isn't possible (uncapped)
- Paid twice monthly (10th and 25th) via Upwork

What you need
- 1+ year in phone sales, appointment setting, or outbound/cold calling
- Comfortable with CRM systems and auto-dialers
- Confident handling objections — you don't fold at "not interested"
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Mortgage or real estate experience is a plus — not required
