Soporte técnico a usuarios finales, soporte y solución de problemas de equipos de usuario final.
Resolución adecuada de incidencias según la prioridad acordada y en cumplimiento del SLA.
Soporte y solución de problemas de equipos de usuario final. DELL.
Instalación y configuración de Equipo de computo (arranque PXE).
Implementación de aplicaciones (mediante SCCM).
Suite Microsoft Office y Suite Google Workspace.
Soporte de hardware para Google Meet.
Conectividad inalámbrica.
Configuración y soporte de dispositivos móviles (Samsung y Apple).
