Remote Closer (Mexico). Inbound Calls Only. $40,000 to $72,000+ USD We're hiring 3 to 4.
What this is: Authorify is a 17-year-old US company that helps American real estate agents win listings with published books. Our webinar funnel puts 5 to 6 booked appointments a day on your calendar. No cold calls and no lead hunting. You show up on Zoom and close annual memberships that average $3,000 USD, mostly paid in full on the call.
What it pays: $2,000 USD a month guaranteed for your first 60 days while you ramp up. After that, $1,000 a month base plus a 6% commission on the cash you collect on paid-in-full sales, moving up to 8% when you convert higher. When you convert 20 of every 100 booked meetings into sales and collect $30,000 or more, you make the higher commission. Payment plans and discounts pay a lower commission percentage (4%), and we tell you that here because we would rather you know everything now than be surprised later. Add a monthly contest and a weekly prize wheel on top of your regular commissions. Realistically, in your first year you should make $40,000 to $50,000 USD, and strong closers track $70,000 and up. We will show our sales teams numbers in the interview.
What it's like to work here: we hold a daily role-play huddle, one proven script that converts about 30% for our best closer, and every call is recorded and scored by AI, both to coach you and to make sure every customer hears the same offer. If you want to freelance your own sales process, this is not your team. If you want a machine that feeds you and coaching that sharpens you, it is.
Who should apply: You should apply if you have 2 or more years of closing high-ticket phone or Zoom sales in fluent English, with verifiable numbers, and are available during US Eastern hours. Mexico City or Guadalajara preferred, but anywhere in Mexico or LATAM will be considered.
