Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the weekly review materials program of customer requirements, ensuring alignment with production capacity and material availability.

Lead and validate materials planning activities with planners to confirm requirements are properly reviewed and approved for execution.

Ensure accurate and timely forecast uploads in planning systems to support effective communication with suppliers.

Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to validate long lead-time materials and prevent production risks.

Oversee the accuracy of ERP/MRP systems, ensuring production lines are updated for splice, kitting, and special orders.

Participate in engineering change processes, validating material break points and implementation timing to avoid disruptions.

Provide direction and support to the Materials/Production Control team, ensuring process compliance and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

5+ years of experience in Production Control, Logistics, Materials, or Supply Chain within the automotive wiring harness industry.

Proven experience managing Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) activities in manufacturing environments.
-
Intermediate level of English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience in personnel management.

Knowledge of SAP system.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills.
