Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities

Supply Chain Coordination: Develop and manage supply chain strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials to support production needs and delivery to customers.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory without excess or shortage.
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Production Support: Collaborate with production teams to align material supply with production schedules, addressing any issues related to material availability or quality.
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall effectiveness.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and performance metrics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Compliance: Ensure that supply chain operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, including inventory levels, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.
Proven experience (6+yrs) in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or plant environment.
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems. -
