Purpose
An active member of the Human Resources team, providing efficient HR support to the HR team and the business. You will implement and administer main HR processes with needs, corporate guidelines, and local policies.
This is 6-month temporary role, to work at our site located in Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro.
Main Responsibilities
HR Coordination
Help implement HR activities within assigned areas (e.g., talent acquisition, benefits administration, time and attendance tracking).
Be the contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries.
Provide efficient HR administrative support while ensuring compliance with legal, fiscal, and employment regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity within HR systems.
Help coordinate relocation and immigration services for employees, where applicable.
HR Processes and Compliance
Process employee data using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Help develop and implement streamlined HR processes for improved efficiency.
Support compliance with employment laws, corporate policies, and industry regulations.
Conduct routine audits and reporting to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Be the contact for employees, managers, and external partners, providing guidance on HR procedures.
Facilitate communication between employees and HR management to enhance engagement.
Support employee relations efforts, including performance management discussions and conflict resolution projects.
Coordinate employee feedback mechanisms and help analyse trends to improve HR service delivery.
Training Support
Help coordinate HR-related training programs and learning projects.
Provide logistical support for onboarding, employee development sessions, and compliance training.
Maintain training records and help track employee development progress.
Technology & Digital HR Solutions
Use HR technology and systems to improve data management, reporting, and process automation.
Help implement digital HR tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
Help report to support HR decision-making.
