Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to support product strategy and data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize product operations processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support product development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on product KPIs, adoption metrics, operational performance, and release outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to support successful product delivery and execution.
- Drive process improvements throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through launch and post-release analysis.
- Support product roadmap planning by providing actionable insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate communication, alignment, and coordination across cross-functional teams and product initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product operations, business analysis, product analytics, or product management support roles.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
