The role
This is a senior and hands-on position sitting on our Senior Leadership Team, with real potential to grow across wider territories as the business scales. You'll be the operational backbone of our Mexico City office — the person our team, our partners, and our members rely on when it matters most.You'll bring a good understanding of Mexican workplace culture, employment law, and operational best practices, and you'll lead with the confidence and judgment that a complex, emotionally sensitive environment demands.
What you'll be doing
Providing senior operational leadership supporting case management, clinical coordination, logistics, and member services.Leading, developing, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team of coordinators, concierges, and support team.Serving as the primary escalation point for sensitive cases involving surrogates and intended parents.Building and maintaining strong relationships with fertility clinics, legal professionals, and partner agencies.Overseeing a 7-day operation — including scheduling, on-call coverage, and a fair rota system.Partnering with the CEO Office on our upcoming office relocation.Ensuring full compliance with Mexican reproductive, employment, and workplace law.Acting as a cultural and linguistic bridge between our international clients and local team.
What we're looking for
Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. Beyond that, you'll have 5 or more years in a senior operations or management role — ideally in logistics, major events, healthcare, or a related field — along with hands-on people management experience, strong IT and report-writing skills, and a solid understanding of the Mexican workplace culture. Experience leading teams through emotionally sensitive, complex caseloads is a must, as are excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the highest standards of discretion and empathy. A background in healthcare, reproductive medicine, surrogacy, or fertility would be a useful but not essential, as would experience with international clients or an existing network in Mexico City's fertility or legal community.
