Objetivo del Puesto
Impulsar el crecimiento del negocio dentro del territorio asignado, mediante la prospección de nuevos clientes y la gestión estratégica de cuentas existentes en el sector privado y público (laboratorios y hospitales), ofreciendo soluciones de diagnóstico in vitro de alto valor clínico, operativo y financiero.
Responsabilidades Principales
Prospectar nuevos clientes en laboratorios clínicos y hospitales privados y públicos, identificando oportunidades de negocio.
Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes existente, asegurando altos niveles de satisfacción y fidelización.
E laborar e implementar planes de ventas (anuales, trimestrales, mensuales y semanales).
E jecutar ventas consultivas, entendiendo las necesidades del cliente y ofreciendo soluciones diferenciadas.
P articipar en procesos de licitación y concursos públicos en conjunto con el área de licitaciones.
E xpandir el portafolio de pruebas en los equipos instalados en clientes actuales.
L iderar la implementación de nuevos instrumentos, asegurando una puesta en marcha eficiente.
C olaborar con equipos internos (Aplicaciones, Servicio, Comercial) para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
P reparar revisiones de negocio y pronósticos de ventas precisos.
M antener actualizada la información en CRM (Salesforce), incluyendo oportunidades, visitas, datos de mercado y cotizaciones.
Proveer información relevante al área de inteligencia comercial.
Interactuar con stakeholders clave de manera ética y técnica
Cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas (equipos y reactivos).
Requisitos
Educación
Licenciatura concluida (áreas afines a ciencias de la salud, biotecnología, química o negocios).
Experiencia
Mínimo 3 años en ventas.
Experiencia en diagnóstico in vitro (IVD) deseable.
Historial comprobado de cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
Experiencia en manejo de cuentas clave y desarrollo de negocio.
Habilidades y competencias Clave
Ingles Intermedio.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
Capacidad de negociación y cierre de ventas.
Pensamiento crítico y orientación a resultados.
Habilidad para resolver problemas.
Capacidad para trabajar en entornos altamente competidos y regulados.
Organización y planeación.
Manejo de CRM (preferentemente Salesforce).
Trabajo en equipo y enfoque al cliente.
