Role Responsibilities:
- Develop inventory and purchasing strategies using demand history, forecasting, and inventory value to balance customer service and inventory turnover goals.
- Maintain inventory systems and records for purchased parts, manufactured components, and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory data.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales, production, engineering, quality, and accounting to support order fulfillment requirements.
- Perform inventory reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with inventory controls.
- Manage part master data, bills of materials, planning, purchasing information, and pricing accuracy.
- Create and expedite purchase orders and interplant transfers to ensure product availability and timely communication with stakeholders.
- Support customer demand by ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of quality products.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing facilities to improve lead times, inventory control, and delivery performance.
- Resolve invoice, receipt, and in-transit discrepancies to support accounts payable processing.
- Monitor and drive key performance metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory turns, inventory value, outstanding invoices, and receipt resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Advanced Supply Chain Planning
- Effective coordination and follow-up with interplant operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory planning, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP planning systems.
- Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.
