Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to product details, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate order fulfillment and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a customer service or B2B environment is a plus.
