Job Purpose:
The Senior Manager is responsible for leading the Materials, Planning, and Logistics function, ensuring efficient customer service and planning, parts procurement, warehouse management, and new product introduction (NPI) processes.
The role drives operational excellence, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support business goals.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end materials management, including demand planning, inventory control, and parts procurement.

Lead warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory, timely delivery, and compliance with safety standards.

Manage logistics and supply chain activities to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Drive NPI processes, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure seamless launch of new products.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and support business objectives.

Critical experience required:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in materials management, planning, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Automotive knowledge is a plus

Electronics knowledge

Proven track record of managing complex supply chains and leading cross-functional teams.

Experience in parts procurement, warehouse operations, and NPI processes.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and logistics best practices.

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver business results.
